Answers:
Your cardio (shadow boxing, etc.) sounds good, as well as the pushups, crunches and such. But for like your bench pressing and bicep curling, you need to do multiple sets, and not just do it once. 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps is what people typically do if they want to add mass. For example, instead of doing 25 bench presses, add weight so you can do 8 at the most, rest 2 minutes, do your 2nd set, rest 2 minutes, then do the third. See what I mean? Do more than one set. Otherwise you won't see as good of results.

Good luck.
sounds good
That seems amazing I don't see running anywhere do you ever go out for a jog or get on a tread mill? It seems your working out your arms a lot but every girl loves a tight as. ahem excuse me, well keep up the good work I don't see anything wrong but I still suggest running for maybe an hour or so just to tone your waist and such but ignore me some of those excersizes I don't even know
i've been workin out for about 3 years now and im 18. the best thing you can do is get this stuff named cyto-gainer, at any gmc store.

get a blender, mix two scoops with a half cup milk half cup water, some raw oatmeal, penut butter, maybe some pecans, some yogurt, a ice(but blend the other ingredients before adding ice). I was about 135 Lbs when i started, i now weigh 152 with a lean healthy body., make sure u work out hard before you drink it

cyto-gainer is lean muscle mass gainer, meaning you will not get fat, ur young and ur metabolism is ragging, as long as u work out hard u'll be fine. ALSO REMEBER, CARDIO IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT IN GETTING A LEAN MUSCULAR BODY. hope this helps bro.
