Answers:
You won't get fat from one day. And you definately didn't eat enough to bring you to your recommended weight. The sodium you consumed will retain the most water which will make you weigh more but it's not really fat. You can't get fat in one day. You probably just went a little over 2000 calories.

If you'd like to gain weight try oatmeal for breakfast. Nuts for a snack. Lunch and dinner should be high protein so you can gain muscle mass. Make sure to get some exercise so your muslces can grow healthily.
No, you have a high metaboliusm. I eat like a horse and haven't gained nothing in over 30 years. I weigh 130 and eat one meal a day.
A pound of human weight is 3,500 calories. To gain a pound you must consume 3,500 calories more than you burn. You may want to consult a trainer at a gym or a dietician.
Hun, ok I'm anorexic. Trust me, one day will not make you fat. You're 22 pounds underweight too, so weight gain is good. If you can, lift weights so you'll gain weight in muscle.
Don't worry, if you just eat healthy and only eat when you're hungry, your body will balance itself out. : ]
Good luck!
you cant get fat from any one day. The best way to gain healthy weight is to eat healthy balanced meals with high protein. grains are great but you need to balance it with some veggies, fruit and again don't forget high protein low fat. Lots of water helps everything :)
Weight gain and weight loss is affected by what you eat over a period of time. You can't permanently lose weight or gain weight off a single day. If you had a lot of salt, you might find yourself drinking lots of water, which might make you heavier on the scale for a day or so until your body removes it all.. but that's not the same as fat deposits on your body.

Healthy weight gain is just eating what you need anyway (fruits, veggies, grains, lean meats, etc) just in higher quantities.
It is better you just eat regular and exercise b/c when you exercise you matabolism increases so you will eat more just be sure to have lots of protien and lift weights and you will gain muscle wieght which is healthier for your body than just fat.
one day of gorgin out won't make you fat, dillsmoker! I swear to god, chicks are insane. You're already 22 lbs. underweight! Keep a sandwich under you pillow or something!
the foods you described are ehhhh not that fattening so i'd say probably not i would eat alot of shicken if your looking to gain weight but not become fat
You know eating like that will make you an oinker.
