i'm 5'5 and 150 pounds i dont look too big but i wanna loose weight because i've lost a lot of the energy i used to hve when i was 130 pounds-140 pounds. does anyone have any advice of ways i could help this weight loss move fastt[not too fast] and w/o starvation techniques & what are some fun effective ways of exersize?

id say just regular exericse such as jogging or cycling always good to do or go about nomally but wear ankle and/or wrist weights this will make you get stronger but not as fast as you do press ups and sit ups.
