Okay, Do not eat less then 1200 Calories a day. Try to go for fruit and veggies for a snack instead of Junk. Even when it is the "100 calorie packs" They are virtually empty on Vitamin you need. Walk/Run at least a half hour to an hour every day.
That is about the right weight for your height. You don't want to be tooooo thin. If you loose 30 pounds you will look like a tooth pick!!!!!!!!!
im 14 and 5'7 and 156 pounds
i dont really think u need to lose weight since ur pretty tall
unless u have no muscles then i guess u do need to lose weight or gain muscle
You can't lose a lot of weight in a short period of time. You are a perfect weight for your height. If you're not happy about the way you look, maybe you just need to tone up. Exercise can accentuate all the right curves and tighten up any loose muscles. It will also help keep you at a healthy weight.
At 5' 9" you can't afford to lose 30 pounds. You would look awful.
Don't worry about your weight for school. Focus instead on eating healthy and exercising regularly.
Believe it or not the pounds will take care of themselves, if you take care of yourself.
Your body isn't finished growing yet, so you still need to keep that in the back of your mind.
As for school weight loss: drink ice water, eat LOTS of fruits and vegs without added flavorings. Eat meat or nuts and dairy for protein, you still need it. Go for a walk/run when possible. Keep yourself active, even if you have to help others to stay busy.
Don't sit too much, no tv or video games, keep moving. Don't overthink this as it will cause hormones that will make you feel bad and give up on what you are working for. Keep at it and enjoy your new school year.
