HOW LONG DOeS GREEN TEA TAKE TO TAKE WEIGHT OFF?

IS 1 CUP IN THE MORNING GOOD ENOUGH, HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR IT TO START KICKING OF WEIGHT?

Green tea mostly helps rid your body of antioxidants, it doesn't do much for you weight. Also, for green tea to have any great effect (even with just antioxidants, not weight loss) you'd need to drink more like more like 6-7 cups a day. I believe Oprah was the one that started this green tea = weight loss thing, but even if you drink that much a day, I think you only burn 80-90 more calories, which is less that the calorie content of the sugar you would probably put in the green tea to begin with.
Too damn long. Get off your fat *** and exercise
you need to exersice and drink it and it should speed up the prosess. there is no miracle pill or anything. it takes work. but green tea helps
green tea isnt gonna help you lose weight. i dont know why everybody is assuming this. you have to diet!! there is no other way.
