I gained about 15 pounds. I need a whole diet plan thaat someone can give me including: recipes, excersizes, when to eat ect. I have no idea how to diet and that's why i need your help. & i need to lose at least 10 pounds in 1 month if thats possible. I need a good body for homecoming. Please someone help me!

If you want to lose weight in 1 month, you need to skip breakfast. If you get hungry eat a cup o noodles or something like that. drink watter, but only like 1 16oz bottle a day because too much water will keep you bloated. Do alot of cardio, speed walking for 2 hours a day will help alot. If you get a huge craving, eat whatever it is your craving, but onlly half of it, if possible only a few bites. After homecoming. eat PLEASE discontinue this horrible diet. I used to do this all the time when I was in high school, it works!
