play alot of sports and eat fruit instead of sweets but if u really want it fast u can get surgery cus 1 month isnt much time at all
OKAY! so first off start off your day with a nice, HUUGE glass of green tea (speeds up metabolism and supresses appetite!) then have a nice toast (whole wheat of course! ) with a bit of honey. then for lunch have some salad, no dressing/cheese/croutons/etc. (make it organic if possible!) and for dinner just have a lottt of fruit followed by another HUGE glass of green tea (to keep the metabolism going while you're still sleeping!) and for snacks you should have a bit of nuts (for the protein) and a lot of fruits and veggies! feel free to use fat-free yogurt for dip. and also, spicy for speeds up metabolism so put some pepper in your salad if you feel like it.
that's basically what you should eat everyday, change it around by having oatmeal one day for breakfast, or changing around the salads but always keep the dinner the same. your metabolism is slow at night, so don't eat past 7:00 PM. and always eat organic and only eat when you feel hungry and can physically hear your stomach growl. if you have a craving have a couple of glasses of water (fills up your stomach and sometimes you mistake thirst for hunger) i KNOW you can do this!!
