Am I heading to anorexia?
Question:
Answers:
Obviously not. If you were anorexic you wouldn't be able to recgonize it. This is a blatant cry for attention.
nope your fine.
when i was 19 i weighed 89lbs...yuk is what i thought and the doctors told me i was fine so you probably are fine as well!
Hey, you sound fine to me! Believe it or not, avoiding eating isn't a good way to lose weight. Your body thinks you're starving and stores up as much as it can, and when you start eating again you store more than usual. You're probably tired because of it :-).
The fact that you recognize the seriousness of your situation tells me that you don't have to develop an eating disorder. Since you are a very healthy ( and probably very attractive) weight, maybe the real issue is self-esteem. Instead of focusing on weight loss, I would suggest you put yourself on an incredibly *healthy* diet. Pamper yourself with fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats. Try massage. It's amazing the physical and mental benefits it will give you. Learn to respect your body and satisfaction with it will follow.
You are probably not headed for anorexia, but you could definately use a self esteem boost. If you are not happy with your body, then why don't you try working out a little. You will become strong and healthy, and you will see yourself getting fit, which is way good for your self image.
seems you have a low self-esteem. this may lead to anorexia.
you're not fat at all and i'm sure you're not ugly. i used to feel the same way about myself, but i'm fine now. every once in a while i may have my moments, but who doesn't? what helps is just to not worry about it.
you said you're tired a lot...do you get enough sleep? eight hours of sleep a night really does work. hope this helps.

i am the same height as you and weight 117.you are fine! god.you aren't fat!!!!
I don't think you're headed toward anorexia, but I do think you may want to find a therapist or support group. It sounds like you may have body-image issues, and maybe self-image issues (body-image=purely physical; self-image=who you are inside). You might also see your doctor to get some ideas on what your healthy weight range should be, how you can eat healthy, and how you can get a good amount of exercise. Eating right and getting plenty of exercise really help you FEEL better, even if you're not doing it to lose weight!
Good luck! And let me know how it goes!

These are all of the questions you've asked in the last 24 hours. You tell me, are you headed down a slope that leads to anorexia or are you just looking for attention?
Only you can answer that but if you're really that obsessed with your looks and weight, I'd say you need some serious physcological help dealing with your obsession.
At your height and your weight you have no reason to be dieting. You're convinced that the typical Hollywood Starlet is perfect, guess what? They're sick! If Hollywood would stop obsessing about weight then young ladies would begin to understand that being a waif, being thin enough to count every rib and every muscle isn't healthy.
If you'll take the blinders off and REALLY look at yourself, you'd see a beautiful young lady looking back at you who is thin enough and being thinner would only be costing her (you) her health. Instead of obsessing with your weight try just loving yourself for who you are... you never know who might be looking at you and thinking, "Wow, she'd be perfect if she'd just stop worrying about her weight".
You are if that's what you want. What? You think anorexia is something you catch like the flu? There are two types of people who become anorexic, those who genuinely have a mental disorder that causes them to behave that way (perhaps 5 people in the entire U.S.) and those like you who are looking for sympathy from others and want to be part of the latest fad. Grow up or starve your a** off looking for sympathy then see how much benefit that sympathy is to you after you've ruined your health.
