Totally possible! Cut down to around 1,000-1,200 calories a day and exercise more. When I cut down cals alone, without exercising any more than normal, I dropped ten in 2 1/2 weeks. And kept it off!

The link can give you a meal plan to follow, for your weight. I started like a week ago (I'm also doing pilates and cardio workouts) and I can already feel a change in the way my clothes fit.
In order to loose it, you really need to stick with it, or you won't get any results.

Ha you could lose 7 lbs in a day. Your body can fluctuate 3-5 pounds through out the day.
But like another guy said reduce your caloric intake... dont starve yourself.. just reduce calories, eat nothing with sugar in it, drink nothing but water, and do some mild to moderate excercise daily. You will drop weight like crazy.

Yes, you can lose quickly on Low carb/high protein.just don't stay on it too long. I lost 25 quickly...about a lb a day at first...it takes a few days to show up. But you have to follow the rules..and don't go below the amount of carbs you're supposed to have or it can be dangerous to your body. And take vitamins with it...because you won't be getting what you need. ..and you might get depressed. Try to make your carbs good carbs...like salads and fruit...not a candy bar. You can eat a lot of chicken..and steak. .but try to stay away from the fat part and the skin.There are books on this diet in the stores..and probably at the Library. They'll tell you more..Hope this works for you.

possible but initial loss would be water. Loss of real weight should be done at rate of 1-2 lb week. 3000 calories must be burned over what you are consuming. To try to do greater is unhealthy, no matter what you think you can do to compensate. Think health not number for losing weight and do not put a time frame on your body. Mother nature wins every time.
