Are Push-ups and Sit-ups enough to give ur body a nice shape?

dude thts really good but i suggest adding squats and joggin to get that good shape

the gym really aint neccessary for anything unless ur not dedicated
if you jog for 20 mins then do that stuff you'll be good. unless you want a cristiano ronaldo style body then the gym is necessary.
yes becuase ab workouts dont burn near as many calories as running or doing cardio machines will...you'll just end up with hard abs UNDER your chub (trust me, i tried)...cut yoru portions, eat healthy, and run daily and you'll see results..
it's not enough but it could help. Try having a good diet, its much better.
Hershal Walker (running back for the Cowboys) used to do 5000 pushups and situps a day and was huge and rediculously ripped. He never lifted weights.

It is a good start. You have to have aerobics in there also. Walking or running at least 30 mins, at least 4 days a week.
I don't go to gyms either. Fitness is a lifestyle.

well i don t really know coz i don t do any sport . I like my body because i m not fat but i m not thin either ,and i only do 50 sit ups a day to keep in shape ,about push-ups i don t think i can do more then 10 .i didn t know your so athletic ,120 of each sounds good :)
