To lose weight the first step is to detoxify your body first. Too much toxins, make it very difficult to go to body to burn away fat. All your energy only came from the food you eat, and every time the left over energy from a big meal will become body fat. That is why people exercise and feel hungry all the time and can not lose weight. There are some other things you can do to help, like eat every three hours, so you would not feel hungry and eat too much each time. Is not what you eat, it is how you eat and how much you eat. You can eat almost anything, but avoid big meal, drink green tea (detoxify body), exercises 30 minutes daily. And most importantly get detoxify massage, detoxify foot bath, and detoxify food program. After you free of body toxins, whatever you do to lose weight will work; you should be able to lose it and keep it.

but it is EXTREMELY important to still include proteins. beans and rice. makes one full protein. look at serving portions. make sure that you BURN more calories then you take in. you may gain muscle weight. and the number on the scale may frighten you at first. but you shouldn't worry. you will LOOK and FEEL better. just. i lost a good 25 lbs becoming a HEALTHY vegetarian. (meaning i didnt just eat bread) you have to eat everything and try lots of new foods in order to loose weight. ironic huh? eat to loose weight? NO. it WORKS you just have to eat the right amount at the right time. and exercise. simple as that. oh. and before you eat a meal. drink a big glass of ice water. it will fill you up. :)
