How many calories in an ounce of body fat?

Question:
I know about exercise burning calories and consuming fat, but how many calories does an ounce of body fat equal? Or, to put it another way, how many calories burned exercising would equal losing one ounce of body fat?

Answers:
An ounce of body fat would be a little over 200 calories. An ounce is one sixteenth of a pound and there are 3500 calories in a pound. Actually more like 230, which would be roughly 45 minutes of excercise. So if you ate the amount of calories you need to maintain weight at a sedentary level and did an extra 45 minutes of excercise you would lose a pound in around two weeks.
9 calories i believe
Do not eat body fat. It is not good for you. Not even your own.
Well, there are 3500 calories in one pound of fat. One pound is 16 ounces. So 218.75 calories is once ounce of fat.
1 gram of fat equals 9 calories. 1 gram of protein or carbs equals 4 calories. 1 pound is equal to 3500 calories. 388 grams of fat equals one pound.
