Answers:
keep going. it took you a long time to develop your gut. now you need to be patient while it reduces. its all good.
persistence, tenacity and patience.....your dream is around the bend in your road of life. it ain't no quick fix but it sure will be worth it.
Do you play the stomach exercises ? the one where you sleep on your back and move your head towards your legs .. ?
You have to remember you can't "spot reduce." Everybody naturally gains and loses weight in different areas. Look around, you can see where the extra weight is. I would suggest to reduce you caloric intake. Suppose you consumed 1500 calories a day, yet you burned 1700 calories. Everyday you would lose 200 calories.
you are doing well. its good that you do change up what you are doing since you are not letting your body adapt so easily. you just have to be patient with what you are doing. losing weight takes time and doesn't come overnight. you probably heard that before, but its the truth. if you still don't see result after a few more weeks, then maybe you should see your doctor and ask why and have him explain what's going on. hope i helped.
When you exercise, you are getting stronger muscles. Some exercises help particular muscles.
When you want to lose fat, you must burn more calories than what you take in. This is done thru a combination of diet and exercise. When you do a particular exercise, you are making stronger some particular muscles. You cannot, by exercise, reduce the fat in a particular area. Fat is stored thru the body, and a reduction of fat usually happens all around the body, not in particular areas.
In your case, I would say that "almost two months" is too short a time to see results. When you begin a program, the body will not show change at the beginning. I will not explain why, but I will say that such is the experience of others, people whom I trust to tell me about those things.
If you want to reduce fat in a particular area, you must look at your whole body. It could be that there is fat distributed thru your body, and that it is this particular area that you care about. One possibility to burn calories is running or swimming. As the general level of fat is reduced, it will also be reduced in the area you care about. It could be that there is a concentration of fat in the area you are concerned. If so, you can be a good candidate for liposuction.
