Eating ice cream?


Question:
(1.) when trying to gain weight they say you shouldnt do it by eating ice cream and fried foods, so i was just wondering is it ok if i do?
(2.) and is it ok to eat 4 servings of dryers slow churned no sugar added ice cream? Will eating this just for today make me obese, instead of weight gain only?
(3.) what comes first fat gain or weight gain?
Please can someone answer my questions im really underweight, how can I gain???

Answers:
The way to gain weight is through positive caloric intake, by taking in more calories that you burn up. It doesn't matter if the calorie intake is from ice cream or vegetables.

If you are dangerously underweight, you should seek professional help to get a healthy diet plan.

I'm not sure if you're serious or not, so I'll say this...if you want to gain weight, do it with proper training and protein supplements, not ice cream and fried food...
If you eat a well balance diet that includes the number of calories that are needed for the weight you want to be you should gain.

If you are under weight & active, you don't have to worry as much about where the calories come from.

Note I said not worry as much about. But you still have to show some caution about what you eat.
