If I eat 200 calories a day for 2 weeks how much weight could I lose?

I know this is not healthy for you but I heard meany people have done it before, None of them seemed to have gotten hurt.
Please do not tell me this is not healthy and that I need help I know this already! Just answere the oquestion and be done with it, Also please don't be like you will die or be dead to even know because theres like 5% chance of that happening!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

Ur weight loss on 200 cal/day will depend on ur level of activitiy. The level of activity will go down and u will be lethargic all the time.

well you wont die but you will get sick. With out the proper foods your immune system will break down and you will spend the most of your day in bed sick. So you will be skinny but no one will see you cause your in your room throwing up and not able to move cause you have no energy. So i don't think it would be worth it.
Okay, I know you siad don't say this: but there is a HUGE chance you can injure yourself. There is wayy more than a 5% cahnce of you dying. Try more like 70% chance, since it doesn't sound like you have done anything like this before. It can lead to serious health problems, and mental problems. Don't go all like "I want to be anorexic and thin!" It's not soemthing you choose. A few of my friends are anorexic, one of them actually died after a one week fast. The others were calling that pathetic. But, still, do not do that to yourself. You'll only lose water weight and muscle. And, if you lose muscle, you burn less calories, therefore gain weight easier. 'kay?
200 calories a day?! Yeah I am telling you that it isnt healthy. If there is more then a .00000000001% death rate you shouldnt do it! It isnt healthy!

There are so many better ways to lose weight. Go to a gym and get a trainer! Excersise and eat HEALTHY!

As soon as your body realizes you are starving it, you will stop losing weight! And when you finally break, and start eating again, you will eat more than you did before you went on this "diet", and gain back all the weight you lost (if any), and then some!

The ONLY ONLY ONLY way to lose weight and keep it off forever is to change your lifestyle. You don't need to starve yourself! Eliminate the junk and eat only good food, normally and in normal amounts, enough to satisfy your hunger, and no more. Exercise, a half hour to forty-five minutes a day five times a week. It doesn't matter what, as long as you're moving.

Anyone who try to sells you on any "diet" is LYING. Yes, you can lose weight on any "diet". And as soon as you stop, BANG, you're even fatter than when you started. And then they'll sell you the next fad.

Common sense is the only way to do it right. Please use yours.
you could lose about 5-10 lbs, but then after the 2 weeks and you start eating more you'll gain more weight than what you weighed before
just because others have not gotten hurt does not mean that you will..you need at least 1200 cals a day and that is a minimum!yes it is stupid yet i cannot give you advice because a girl like you are putting yourself in this situation..you will lose weight which is muscle too and become the next Nicole Richie pretty soon if you go at this rate..you will most likey pass out,will have difficulty having any energy since you deprive your body,will be hungry and once you get off this thing you will gain what you lost plus more weight..think of the slim fast thing and that is exactly what you are doing..your body becomes adjusted to 200 cals a day and then when you get off and you eat more you gain weight like crazy..you do not have to listen to me since i am only 23 yet what you are attempting is stupidity w/o a doubt!you need to take care of yourself since to have one body so take care of it and you do not get a second chance with a new body!you are too young to worry about peer pressure and losing weight like an anorexic! eat something for goodness sake!
