stay up all night on YouQA.com ...eating twinkies..after a while losing weight will be unimportant..but you will move up a level or two.. :-)
well, you can drink a lot of water...not at once. drink green tea...very good in losing weight. exercise...go running every morning. always exercise in the morning before you wake up...you will lose more weight. try not to eat after 7pm or 8 pm depending on what time u sleep. mainly 3 hours before u sleep. i assure you, this WILL work.
Try Atkins diet... If you follow that religiously, you will lose about 10 lbs. :)
Run EVERY DAY for an hour and cut out all sodas.
