A Question About Weight Loss?
Question:
Answers:
If you're on a diet and trying to lose some body fat (weight) which should be the ideal, eating meals low in unnecessary fats will help to keep the fat you burn off at the gym, off. It's been shown that meals high in lean proteins (lean cuts of meat, fish, skinless chicken, preferably, boiled, steamed, grilled, etc) help in keeping feelings of satiety for longer periods. So try removing the skin from chicken and visible fats from meat, and grilling them or boiling to eat with lots of green vegetables with reduced amounts of carbs. It will help to cut out sugar from your diet too.
tofu, rice cakes dipped in plain yogurt and honey, fruits, vegetables, egg whites, brown rice, etc. - theres so much food out there that isn't fattening...it's just that the easy and quick stuff is bad for you...
