u should eat healthy n work out every day it might not show the results like the diet pills,but u shouldn't take the plls cause it could hurt u should do it the right way!
there is NO easy way to lose weight. did i make that clear? all these weight loss pills and all that other junk= load of ****. ahem. ok now that were clear. eat less than normal but enough to not starve yourself. eat fruit and veggies no junkor candy. take a nice long walk every day. 2 miles is good. you will see the weight disapearing very rapidly.
