I have an extremly fast metabolism and I EASILY lose 5-10lbs if i dont eat well for a day or two. I run cross country though and i have been reading about diet plans that help you to improve your time and endurance. Usually i just benge and try to keep a steady food supply. I tend to stay away from potato chips, but i drink whole milk and other fatty food items. Is this not such a good idea or should i continue to eat my vegies and fruit but at the same time double up on fat. in a way, to prevent weight loss?
