upper body strngth lifting things will be easier for you try and put a little weght on your back or try one arn push ups they will give more resistance to your body giving you betteer muscle tone and upper body stregnth
all the people above are right.. any excersize is better than no excersize...
60 push-ups a day is good. Push-ups help strengthen arms, abs, and chest msucles. You have to do them everyday for about 6 weeks before you notcie any improvement, dont expect to see results if you've only just began to do them, it takes time and patience.
