I think thats pretty skinny it depends how you carry it. If you feel you want to lose weight then exercise. try 30 min a day...try walking either before or after school. cheapest workout!! personally i think your ok. everyone needs exercise even if they are the right weight..so exercise girl

u sound perfect to me..and im being completely honest.
maybe u just need to tone up a little (ie...crunches, pushups, riding your bike etc) but u shouldnt worry about it too much i mean ur just 12 so enjoy being a kid and just relaxing.. trust me you'll have plenty of time to stress over weight and body image as a teen and adult!
just eat a little healthier and do fun acitivies.. doesnt mean u have to loose weight i think ur perfect

No I don't think that you are overweight. You are at a healthy weight. Don't worry about what other people say about you. Just eat right and exercise if you are worried about gaining weight.

When it comes to eating, cut off on the fried and greasy foods; eat more fruits and veggies and all the meat you need a day is about the size of your palm.
And remember, DON'T DIET! You are too young to diet and it's not good for your body anyway.
