What can i munch on if I'm on a protein diet?


Question:
So, no sugar, no carbs.
I'm really hungry all the time because i don't ingest carbs and I don't fill up.
what can i snack on so i'm not so hungry?

Answers:
If you are hungry all the time it either means you're not drinking enough water (dehydration is sometimes felt as hunger) or you're not getting all the proper nutrients your body needs. Eat some fruits and vegetables.
peanuts or a spoonful of chunky peanut butter
broccoli has a lot of protein, but I'm not sure if it's really something you can just snack on by itself.

Try going out and getting some protein bars.
Cut one of them into small pieces and eat it as if it came that way.
find some low fat or fat free lunch meat. That has no sugar/carbs, and pretty good protein. I buy Oscar mayer oven roasted turkey breast. 6 slices of it is only 45 calories, and 8 grams of protein. Pretty good!
Try SOYJOY. It's some sort of a tofu bar or whatever. No sugar, probably low in carbs and very healthy for you.

And once you get home, tuna, egg whites, chicken or turkey breasts are the best.
