Belly fat, love handles.. how do i get rid of them quickly?

ok so im still kinda young, and until the passt year, i used to be a vollyball player and i used to run everyday. i've stopped, and gained some weight in my midsection. how do i quickly get rid of it without starving myself completely?

Start working out again or go for the smart *** answer my honey came up with and that's grab the shop vac, a knife and find a quite corner and suck it out. Just kidding!!!!!
bikerides and swimming are reli good for loosin weight if u have no access to any of these try sit ups or press ups or running up and down the stairs
There are no shortcuts. Not quick, not painless, but you'll lose weight. Here it is.
Stop drinking soda and eating fried food.
Eat more healthy stuff. Lean meat and vegetables in season.
Exercise more.
Drink more water.
Hump it off.
