How to lose about 2-4 pounds every day?

I havent been eating much every day. mostly only one thing every day. It has been 4 days now. and Im starting to use a bike like excerising tool and also a walking/running tool too. if I use it for just about 30-40 minutes every day and eat only once or twice a day. how many puonds will i loose in just 5 weeks total? Thanks for you answers.

Ok first you HAVE to know that you just can't lose 4 pounds a day. You can fall for those stupid gimmicks and fad diets out there but they don't work. Diets also don't work. You'll lose weight for a bit, then you'll put it all back on...plus some extra. And that's really bad for you.

Losing weight and keeping it off is a commitment. Don't starve yourself because firstly it's unhealthy, secondly you get MORE fat, and thirdly you get even MORE fat because you're most likely to rebound with your appetite and suddenly eat a lot, while your metabolism is low (because you were starving yourself) which will of course result in....gaining weight dramatically.

To keep your metabolism up and running, exercise before breakfast. This'll kick-start your metabolism, and also eat a big healthy breakfast. Drink a lot of water throughout the day as well, as this also keeps the metabolism going.

Instead of going for chips, go for something else like pretzels. If you hate drinking just water for the whole day, you could add a bit of flavoured water to your diet.

Swimming is good as it uses every muscle in your body. You could also go out and play some sort of sport with your friends.or maybe...I dunno, climb a mountain? lol...but most importantly make it fun so it's not boring.

Tell you what else is boring..cardio. High intensity interval training is much better. That means instead of exercising at one same steady pace for ages, do short big bursts every...30 seconds to 2 minutes.

No. You must eat regularly (a healthy meal) and exercise. Lose more kilojules then you intake.
If you continue not eating enough you will make yourself sick. If you don't go slow, you will have a higher chance of heart issues as well as sagging skin depending on how much weight you want to lose.

Eating healthy, high-protein meals will help you keep your energy up. (Tofu and Beans) While I don't suggest it, please be healthy about it- if you can.

starving yourself is NOT healthy. it's better to balance what you eat and exercise moderately. patience is a virtue and you will lose weight in time, but don't obsess over immediate weight loss. keep yourself happy and you'll keep your weight off once you've lost it. speaking of which...i'm gonna go get a huge bowl of ice cream and gain some weight!
VERY WELL!!!your doing the best thing not eating enough...Did you know that if you dont eat you will lose weight at first...only to slow metabolism and then get more fat after??Eat health and exercise...youl get rid of the fat in this way not stayng hungry and nt eating..gl
Cody, you are setting yourself up for failure. You can't do what you want by eating sparsly. You have to feed your body the right fuel. If you don't take in the proper foods your body goes into lockdown mode and will try to put on weight to stave off starvation. Go to the library and check out books or tapes on sports training and diet. There is an absolute connection between what you eat, exercise and attaining your weight goal. You sound like it is important to you, so do it right and life healthy. Look at the top atheletes, they do not starve themselves. They eat to win.

Your going to hurt yourself if you continue your routine. You need to eat 4 to 5 small meals a day to increase your metabolism to burn calories. If you only eat 1 or 2 times a day you will lose muscle not fat and that would create a dangerous medical condition called Ryabdomyolysis, where muscle ends up in your blood stream. The most ideal weight loss is 2 lbs a week. You should lose about 10 lbs in 5 weeks. You should not be losing more than 2 lbs a week. Make sure you drink plenty of water. You seem to be very unaware of your body, it would be to your benefit if you had a medical expert assist you in your goals.

If you exercise you have to eat or it will not work. I lb is 3500 calories. If you cut down by just 500 calories a day then you will lose 1 lb a week. Please make sure you get at least 1,000 calories a day if you are going to work out. Make sure they are fruits, veggies, and protein.

One has to be a little more disciplined in eating and workouts.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
