Answers:
alright, well you dont need to loose hat much weight, but it is always good to be in tip top shape!
calories- just check the nutrition label on wrappers of things, the more calories the worse they are for you. you want to have about 2000 calories a day to start, working it down to like 1200.
protein- this gives you energy. you get protein from foods like meats and beans.
saturated fat- they pretty much raise you cholesterol levels in the blood stream. that's bad.
fiber- that helps foods go through your body better. fiber is important in a good diet.
sodium-salts. not that great for you!
calcium-helps bones get stronger! dairy products are good for calcium, which is important in your diet.
also, remember that eating just fruits or veggies isn't good for dieting. eat good amounts of all the food groups, except the sweets! although a treat every now and then can be a good reward for dieting well!
also, exercise is important. work out all your muscles, do crunches and simply walk around the block alot. but remember to stretch first other wise you could damage your muscles.
Whoa, you really are a fat a s s. Let's see, you need to put down the XBOX. Get rid of the TWINKIES. Stop eating HO HO's, and stop drinking COKE. Start walking EVERYWHERE. Plus, you should start smoking. That will help you lose weight too.
Don't listen to what that idiot said, you are not fat- in fact you may not be overweight at all depending on your height. I have one question though, you asked a question 3 weeks ago that said you weighed 120, how did you gain 19 pounds in three weeks?? You can lose weight by eating 1200 calories a day, excercising 4-5 times a week, and drinking 6-8 glasses of water everyday. Also don't eat after 7 pm bacause your metabolism begins to slow down then Good Luck!
