Is it bad to eat a healthy choice fudge bar everynight?

Question:
please reply, thanks

Answers:
It depends what INGREDIENTS are in this "healthy choice fudge bar". Always read the ingredients. Things to AVOID are: Monosodium Glutamate, Aspartame, Natural and/or Artificial Flavours, Sugar, Spices, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Palm Oil, Dextrose/Sucrose, Sucrulose/Splenda, Artificial Color, Soy Protein Isolate, Trans Fat, or anything you can't pronounce.

Also avoid things like "Low Fat", "Low Carb", "Net Carbs" "High Protein" these are just marketing ploys using the current hot-button to get you to buy the product.

Be smart and eat smart! Hope this helps.
Well it isnt terrible, but I don't think you should! But we both know there are better food choices, in the long run I think it might be a little unhealthy... try every other night, although I don't think it will do any significant harm to you're diet. but just remember thats 100 more calories a day and 36,500 YES 36,500 more calories a year which adds up 10.4 pounds a year!
other than the 365000 calories when you eat something before sleeping it turns into fat. it is easier to gain wheight.
well, you really shouldn't eat something 3 hours before you go to bed. Because you don't want fat to sit on you all night. But
I guess it kind of OK if it is a healthy choice fudge bar. I hear that those don't have very many calories.
