Fool Proof diet plan?

5'6 125 I need to lose five pounds I need a fool proof plan on dieting I have two weeks to lose five pounds and then I need ways to keep it off. I do the stationary bike for 45-60 minutes every day so anything that goes along with this.

To start off there really is no fool-proof diet plan, if there was one then everyone who wanted to lose weight would be on it. Different things work for different people and everyone's body chemistry is different.

But anyways, for the short term I'd say watch your diet if you're not already, that's a given. Also take your vitamins daily, it's important that you do. You can also do some light to moderate weight lifting if you want to to offset the leg exercise of using the stationary bike. Don't overdo it though, lifting too much can not only mess up your muscles and tendons but it will add weight on to you from muscle you build up.

But as for a long-term solution I highly recommend swimming. But the thing to this is you need a workout to swim to and you should know how to make one yourself. As long as you can do the basics like freestyle then that's a start, you can certainly learn as you go along. See if there are any swimming programs you can join but all the work can really pay off, when I'm in-season my daily caloric intake goes from 2,500 to almost 3,750.
I do the same thing at my gym, and for breakfast I just have a fruit and a granola bar, for lunch soup and salad, and for dinner a moderate portion of whatever you like, i already lost ten pounds from doing that.
Drink lots of liquid you be suprised how much you will lose and since you're already exercising .. you will lose it in no time with a little extra lean to you. Also it doesn't hurt to stay away from greasy and fried stuff.

I don't have a certain plan that I follow. I don't eat breakfast. If you do eat anything light, fat free, or no sugar added. I don't watch calories. Anything you eat should be light, fat free, and/or no sugar added. Go to allrecipes.com and search for fat free or light meals. I stopped eating snacks during the day. I walk around 2 miles every other day. Weekends are splurge days. Don't go crazy though. Maybe eat out or have a candy bar. Fat free foods don't all taste bad. The Healthy Choice meals aren't very good though. I wouldn't recommend them. Cereals are no nos. They are very sugary. If you have any other question as to what I do you can e-mail me.

Water! Every meal and as much as possible through out the day, and cut your normal portion into half of what you normally eat! You will be surprised at how much your body really needs:)
there are lots of diets out there that offer quick weight loss and many of them work south beach lets you lose 9-13 pound in the first 2 weeks there is a chinese tea that produces dramatic results but whatever you do don't go paris hilton not eating puts your body into "famine mode" so you store as much fat as you can and it makes you gain weight
instead u can go hilary duff a meat and whole grain based diet with pilates 3 times a week 3 weeks is all it took her.
