yeah, um dude what u are!! 140 is good, GREAT in fact. considering that you're in college and bound to have just gained a ton of weight due to crappy college food. 125 is the ideal weight for your height and age. Have fun power walking and running + drinking a ton of water. In the AM or late PM is a great time to excersice at your local park.
