Healthy ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Breakfast - 1 or 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of bread, 1 fruit, a small bowl of cereal with skim milk, orange juice and water.
Lunch - chicken salad with a glass of water and a fruit.
Dinner - 1 cup of rice with tuna or chicken, salad on the side, a glass of water and a fruit.
You can have a snack in between like pretzels or anything you want but I didn't do that. This diet worked for me and my ex-husband. Good Luck!

Well, my hubby has to watch his weight for the military, so I am interested in this, and I saw an Oprah with Dr. Oz, and HE said to "automate" your breakfast and lunch, and what he meant was, eat the same thing (with a little variation) every day. So I think we're going to have egg white omelet, whole wheat toast and juice for breakfast, turkey (or ham or tuna, lowfat mayo) sandwich, carrot sticks and pretzels for lunch, and then more or less whatever the heck we want for dinner. I haven't started yet because I am a terrible procrastinator, so I can't say if it helps yet, but it sounded like a good idea.
