If I want to build strong muscles, is 4 different sets of 25 push-ups and 1 set of 25 sit-ups enough daily? I weigh around 80 lbs. Don't say anything about the weight, just answer the question, please.

It sounds like too much to start. Go easy on yourself at the beginning. You should be able to do many more situps then pushups. Try two sets of 10 push ups and two sets of 25 situps per day. if it's too easy, go to two sets of 15 pushups and two sets of fourty situps.
That's a good start. Keep doing the numbers until they're easier, then slowly SLOWLY increase the number of reps.
