How can i get thinner thighs?


Question:
i'm 5'2 and about 103 pounds. I'm actually really skinny...from the waist and up. It's my thighs that are the problem. I just want to lose some extra fat off the outer and front part ofmy thighs.

Pilates. I'm not sure if that's how u spell it but it is so great!! I was in the same boat as you, I had a nice flat tummy and slim but slightly toned arms and fat thigh's. After doing pilates for a couple of weeks I really noticed a difference. I didn't go to classes just bought a DVD and did it from home, not only did I slim down my thighs, but I strengthened my back and core muscles and improved my flexibility no end. It was truly great. After about a month of doing it ever second day (sometimes more sometimes less) I was completely happy with my body. I had a subtle 6 pack long lean muscles in my legs and arms and I could see the gap between my legs. It truly is as good as the infomercial says (although I bought a different brand but same dif).

I used to have the same sort of problem. My stomach was litterally the size of my thighs! I did alot leg exercices, like pilates and my body evened out.
