Question:
i have a solar belt, a solar belt is a belt that you put around your stomach to lower the fat. it does it by increasing perspiration from the body heat. now if i strap this around my chest. will i be able to loose the fat? when i put it on my chest. it sure looks flat. and it makes that part of the body sweat more. if i continue putting this on my chest. will i loose the fat from my chest?

Answers:
This belt is a gimmick.
You can't 'spot' reduce.
You CAN tone up certain areas with certain exercises however.
Here are some good ideas:

Losing weight:
1.Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2.Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3.Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4.Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5.Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6.Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7.Hang out with people who want to be healthy.

Tone up the muscles:
1.Join a gym and get a trainer.
2.If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3.Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4.As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike.
5.Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6.Join the local YMCA..

Mental Health:
1.Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2.If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3.Learn how to meditate.
4.Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5.Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6.Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7.Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
The only way to loose weight with heat is by exercising long enough (more than 30 mins) to raise your core temperature and sweat it out. topical heat, saunas, hottubs etc. don't really do that...
The only thing a solar belt helps to reduce is your cash supply.

It doesn't work, on your stomach or your chest or anywhere else. Not only is it impossible to spot reduce, but simply sweating does not reduce body fat--sweating reduces water.

Throw it away. Eat less and exercise more to lose weight.
I guess it's possible,try putting it around your head!
Eat light and not before bed.
I can't believe these things are still around. The belt just retains heat, causing you to sweat. The water that is removed from the subcutaneous layer of fat as sweat is all you are loosing. You are not loosing fat, just reducing the water in the surrounding tissues. Think about it, if this really worked, everybody who was wrapped in a blanket and sweating would be loosing weight. Fat will not break down unless you are working within your target heart rate, otherwise you body is breaking down glucose in the blood stream for energy.
sure weigt belts, can help you with your excersize. I drink vemma, it's a mangosteen baised juice vitamin and menral suppliment and i do cardiovasula about 3 times a week for about 1 hour or so. to lose weight you need to eat three healthy meals low in sugar and bread (some starch is o.k.) fruits and vegitables and running. think about it how many fat runners do you see. I know it sucks to run but It's is a time proven and honored method. now name me some fat runners
