Answers:
My case was worst than that. I was 172 lbs. I took the following advice seriously and after 6 months I became 95. But it needs to control the desire a hell of a lot. There were occasions when I was just at the verge to give up but I made it that for 6 months no way and I will try this till 6 months passes. My life and figure was important for me. After 4 months I started noticing a fast reduction of weight. Before this it was not much noticeable and those were the days when I was thinking it is not going to work and should go back to old style. But some how I kept my promise with self determination and after 4 months it started showing results. Do you have the strong will power to hold up for 4 months? If not then forget and let others laugh at you. Now I am 83 lbs only and a long list of friends asking for date. Now there is no restriction on my food. My body digests every thing and weight does not increase.

The advice I followed
1. Stop taking chockolates - not a bite for 6 months.
2. Stop taking cakes and pastries - Idid not take even in my best friend's birthday.
3. No candies
4. No deep fried items.
5. No dry fruit nuts
6. No bottled juices - only fresh juice
7. No beverages, bear etc.
8. No carbonated drinks - pepsi , cola etc.
9. No square meals, little by little food at intervals when you feel hungry take very little while still you feel hungry, apetite not killed completely.
10. No dinner at night - only fruits and salads and milk without fat.
11. Take cucumber in the morning. Mostly my food in day hours was also salads
12. Don't even touch the butter - may be you will lick your finger

I was given option - decide between 6 months or 60 years of pretty looking figure. You have to curb your temptations for foods of your liking. Only 6 months. For me, first few months rather weeks were very very hard but could not deter me from the desire of achieving it. It went fast after three months.

E-MAIL ME AFTER 6 MONTHS WITH YOUR PHOTO -- GOOD LUCK
eat proper diet, instead of starving yourself!!

hit the gym with couple of your friends, like at least twice a week.

don get lazy, walk instead of taking transport if its not long distance, even better do jogging. swimming is a good sports to loose weight i think, cos it uses most muscles in your body.
First of all learn to have a 'i am the best' positive attitude. Learn to love urself, the world says 1000 things dosnt mean that u listen to them. Follow ur heart not ur head. U are thin not fat, im 24 and all my life have weighed 100kgs, im healthy and im least bothered, thats why i am so successfull.
continue exercising. make sure that you eat healthy. this means look at the dietary information before you eat it, and monitor your portions. you shouldn't starve yourself, but don't eat constantly either. another good way to loose weight is the Special K diet. you can go to www.specialk.com and it will explain the rules there, and also if you buy the cereal, it will explain it on the box. if you just follow those rules, you should start slimming down! thats what i did. :)

good luck!
I'm in the same situation...What you have to do is get on a diet and cut out your fried, greasy food and replace them with healthy stuff...and don't drink stuff like milk and soda drink skim milk and water. Eat more vegetables and fruit...and stay active so try to swim, ride a bike or maybe dance for at least 60 minutes a day it can be anything but it have to get you up and moving.

I hope that help a bit...sorry if it didn't.
Ok, it's simple, but you have to be dedicated.
1. Eat healthy, Fruits and Vegetables for lunch.
2. Eat meat, specifically Vension, Beef and Turkey for dinner.
3. Eat a healthy breakfast, Eggs, Toast, and Fruit.
4. Excersise physically, Push-Ups, Jumping Jacks, etc. for 10-30 minutes a day. DRINK WATER!
5. Excersise yourself Mentally, Ignore what other people say about you, their opinions do not matter, and will not affect you, EVER, in any way, shape, or form.
If you ever find yourself weak, then rest, and if you are weak afterward, go have a high-nutritional snack.
Remember, it takes TIME and WORK, so don't expect results quickly.

Starving diet will kill you slowly, and diet pills are basically placebos.
how tall are you? Eat several small healthy meals throughout the day instead of two or three big meals. and keep up the exercise some people keep their baby fat longer than others, it should go away with time
well...if you play sports alot but you still feel a little heavy then maybe go on a diet or eat a healthier diet...how tall are you??
First of all, How much you weigh does not matter to us without also knowing how tall you are.

Next, you are very young. You should not even contemplate dieting without first talking to a doctor or dietitian. They will know if you do actually need help and how to best create a healthy plan for you to lose weight or refer you to someone who can do so. Please, do NOT just buy a book and follow their instructions. These books are not meant to be used by a growing teen and would, most likely, do more harm than good to your body.

Also, if the people who you hang out with tease you about your weight, I highly suggest avoiding them. These people are, probably, just mean souls.

Eta(In response to the added details): Congratulations, your BMI (body mass index) seems to be only the teeniest bit high. For reference, a goal BMI for a woman seems to be between 16% and 22%, according to the below chart source, yours seems to be 24%. Of course, that little bit extra will probably be perfect for someone who's still growing, like you, so I would not be at all worried about it.
http://www.consumer.gov/weightloss/bmi.h... You have to scroll down a bit to get to the chart.
BMI, in very basic terms, is the percentage of fat in your body.
Also, because you said you are sporty, the BMI chart won't be totally accurate, your's is probably lower than the given number, because as we all know muscle weighs more than fat. I forgot what they're called exactly, but an excess flab pinch test would be more accurate.
Eat many (healthy)meals a day and STOP eating when your full. Eat healthy organic foods and no sugar. You will get enough natural sugar from fruits that you can eat for breakfast or maybe desserts. Preservatives, sugar, chemical, etc. should be elliminated from your diet. Eat tons of vegetables and make sure your meals are small(since your having many a day) and are very colorful and nutritous. Also drink 8 glasses of water a day. Also if you want it to work you have to love yourself and tell yourself that you are perfect just the way you are. Do it to be healthy not to lose weight, and you will lose weight not thinking about it. Do not weight yourself too much. Don't beome obsessed and think "AH this isn't working!". It will! Be patient. :)
More rigorous exercise can help also cut down on your calorie intake. Don't expect to lose a lot of weight or lose them in a short time. it all depends on your metabolism.
yea what they said
Well, I would talk to your doctor about going on a diet... NEVER, and I reapeat, NEVER go on a diet and/or exercise plan without first getting your doctors approval, especially at your age.

And, also, I would like to remind you: Muscle weighs more than fat... since you play sports that much, you must have a lot of muscle, which is why the scale tells you 150.
You are not eating properly. Do you drink water throughout the day? Do you eat big meals rather than many small meals? Do you get enough sleep or too much? Do you eat fast not realizing it takes a while for your body to realize that you are full? Do you eat junk? Playing sports a lot doesn't mean you will intake too many calories. If you have internet, research a proper diet and healthy ways to lose weight.
