How do I lose fat and not muscle and still eat ice cream?
Question:
I have been eating about every two hours about five times a day with about 15grams of carbs with 15grams of protein.
I am 6 feet tall and currently 202 lbs ( I carry it well ) I just lost 6 lbs and feeling better. I'm not sure what my goal is yet: do I want an awesome body that I have to work really hard at or do I just want to healthy and fit. I live right on a beach in Southern CA and I wouldn't mind showing off a little here in the future.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice, five times in ur case, a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
