She wants to know where to buy a hula hoop? Most toy stores and dollar stores have a variety of them for very low prices. Garage sales are also likely to have them. I know they used to have them at Wal-Mart and K-Mart too, but I don't know if they still do because hula hoops aren't as popular as they used to be.
well most toy stores sell them but i bet you can find one on eBay for a good price
