What is the best muscle building supplement or stacks?

Question:
Pretty straight forward. I've tried Muscle Milk with pretty good results and have a couple tubs of Cell-Tech that I may start pretty soon. Any suggestions on anything will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Muscle Milk is one of the best, in my opinion, but supplements have become a little too expensive for me. Tuna, cottage cheese, and milk are all very good. Fat free or 1% milk have been shown in studies to be the most effective for post workout rebuilding when it comes to anything besides protein powder.

Pure Protein shakes and bars (I have only seen the shakes at Trader Joe's) are one of my personal favorites when it comes to taste as well as nutrition.

For me, when it comes to anything to promote muscle growth, I look for foods and supplements with a 1g protein to 10calorie ratio. (This means that protein will be 40% of your diet though, and you may have some gas until your body gets used to it)
The best protein supplement I've ever tasted...BSN Syntha-6. However, it's a meal replacement and you have to factor that in. (higher in calories) The best Protein for your money is ON (optimum nutrition) Whey Protein. Provides all the necessary amino acids, low calories and carbs. The taste...well, just get the chocolate or chocolate mint. Cell tech creatine tastes great, but check the label...tons of sugar. Sugar can be stored as fat. That's why I switched to Green Mag by Controlled Labs. Just started a cycle so I can't recommend it. Nitrix and NoXplode by BSN are the greatest supplements I've EVER used. The pumps are TREMENDOUS. You will start pumping before you even begin working out. Your budget will determine how involved you want to get. This is how to stack the supplements I've suggested:
Nitrix pills 30 min. before breakfast (empty stomach is key)
Breakfast
Protein shake
Lunch
Healthy snack (high protein, complex carbs)
Noxplode and Nitrix 30 min. before training (on empty stomach)
Training
Creatine immediately after training
Protein shake 15-20 minutes after creatine
Dinner an hour or so after
Nitrix before you go to bed (empty stomach)

Of course...you might train in the morning, and that's fine..just switch it around however you want. But I would seriously think about trying that stack. A multivitamin and fish oil is a great idea as well. Have fun, be well.
