Workout plan to get in shape for boxing plz help?

i have weights and thats about it
im 6foot tall i weight 205-207pounds and i wanan get into shape im alittle fat in the stumic area and stuff how much weight should i be lifting at the age 14 and what should i do i wanan get a 6pac and everything plz help

Ok, so heres how it should go...
Eat 5-6 times per day. Make sure to eat in the morning when you wake up, and than every 2-3 hours eat something small. I would say the 3 main meals of day you should eat as you normally would, but try to keep it healthy, the other 2-3 times through out day, I call snacks, eat something small like a yogurt or some fruit. This will help you maintain a steady metabolism through out your day.
Best way to burn fat is cardio, try running. If running is not something you fancy, get a jump rope, this is great for getting your heart rate up and also it will help you with your boxing and speed on the feet.
If you have weights, try to do workouts in sets and reps. and make sure to change it up every 4-6 weeks. The reason for that is because if you do something for to long, your body will adapt to this routine and when its used to doing the same work out every week, it wont grow. And also, do not work the same muscles more than once within 72 hrs. For example, just one muscle group, chest, I love bench press and butterflies. Say you do bench on Monday, dont do it again until Thursday. Try to do it like 3 sets of 10 reps for starts
as far as the 6-pack goes, You cannot have any fat on your stomach at all to have a visible 6-pack. Sit ups are a major part in getting a 6-pack but you must have no fat on your stomach. So what I would say is every two days do sit-ups, Crunches, and leg lifts. Make sure when your doing your sit-ups, your not using your legs to pull you up. Do leg lifts, which is when you lay on your back, put your hands above your head to hold on to something, like a couch. and than using nothing but your abs, pull your legs straight up, makes ure knees are touching. This is a great lower ab work out and its a fact that most men store alot of the fat in their stomachs, in the lower stomach area.
