Anorexia is when someone looks at themself and sees fat/overweight when, in fact, they are already UNDERweight. Then, the person doesn't eat at all and usually over-exercises. They will lose weight, become very weak--because the weight they are losing is all muscle. It will make your heart race, beat erratically.and people do die from eating disorders every day.
Are you really overweight? You better look at this chart and find out:

No, you are just on a diet. Anorexics are super skinny but their mind distorts their body image to make them feel they are fat.
By the way you describe your actions you have eating disorder habits.
Anorexia is not how skinny you are, it's if you are deliberately not eating and now too scared to eat and used to not eating thus making you skinny. Please get help if that's you...and remember you lose weight easier and become healthier by eating the correct foods and doing sufficient exercise...remember to drink alot of water and fruit each day
Talk it over with your doctor. I use to obsess over food. Then I accepted myself as I was, and started losing weight(because I would eat what I wanted to, and didn't deny myself, instead of holding off only to eat at least 2 times as much later;))
Try to eat three small meals a day. I don't think that you are anorexic yet but when you have cravings for chocolate or something just eat a small portion of it. If you aren't overweight then splurging a little is fine. Don't worry too much about your weight it is not that big of a deal.
Well, first of all, I can't answer your question because I don't even know your age, height, weight. those are big factors in whether or not you are anorexic. eat less, but don't starve yourself
No, it doesn't sound like you are anorexic Though you should eat at least 3 meals a day eatting fruits and veggies are a lot, so if you eat salad that does count as a meal. If you are trying to loose weight the important thing to remeber is you need energy to burn calories, you get energy from food. Sounds like you are on the right track. Your goals sound reasonable.
As long as you are eating real food which it seems like you are with 1 meal and fruits and vegetables I think that you are just a very healthy person who is on a diet. You may want to eat more then 1 meal a day though. By eating a little every few hours your metabolism works faster so you end up losing more weight. Also eat a lot of celery because it takes more calories to digest it then you get from it so you are actually losing weight by eating. As long as you are eating a normal amount of food a day I would not consider you anorexic.
True anorexics actually don't realize they have a problem. They're never happy with the point they're at and will always thrive to be thinner. For example, one would be 80 pounds and say "I'm still too fat to be considered anorexic." So, no, you are not.
It sounds to me like you're just making an effort to lose weight. While this isn't dangerous in itself, know that it may make you more likely to develop an eating disorder, especially if you're a teenager or younger. Don't go to anorexia sites for diet help; find some regular diet sites like weightwatchers.com, etc., as they're more likely to give you constructive, helpful advice. There's nothing inherently wrong with eating small portions, as long as you feel healthy and satisfied- please don't let yourself go hungry or otherwise suffer just because you want to lose weight.
Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.greathealthyes.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
no you are not anorexic but you sound like you are heading towards a life of yoyo dieting.if you can do it and i know its a pain but try to count calories for a few weeks until you are comfortable with what you should eat.
try visiting a nutrition web site for advise on how many calories you should be eating a day.that way you can eat most things but not quiet so much.
also if you try to excersise more it will help you look and feel better, but remember to work on body measurements not just weigh yourself. muscle weighs heavier then fat so your weight may same the same for a while as you loose inches.
try not to stress about it
good luck

i don't think you're anorexic, not yet at least. all i can say is don't worry too much about what you eat because you're stressing out. it's a good thing that you want to be healthy, but don't think of it as a diet. I'm a vegetarian and for breakfast and snacks i always eat fruits and veggies only, because as you said i don't wanna eat junk and stuff myself with those bad foods. Eat as much as you want/need, don't overeat, or a problem will occur if you don't eat enough and you know you're hungry but you don't eat because you think you're fat. Nobody can tell you that the portions you eat are too small compared to theirs, and don't argue with anybody on that, nobody knows how much food you need to be full. I'm experiencing the same sometimes, some pople would say.oh my god, is that what you're going to eat only, and i'm like.well that's all i feel like eating. Just don't starve yourself to lose weight, because this is not the right way. Good luck and don't worry too much. Keep on snacking on fruits and veggies, that's the beast snack!
