Lose weight?

It's definitely possible to do it Jessica, but it does mean that you will have to be strict in your approach. There's no room for cheating on diets or missing workouts.
I suggest you workout 4 times per week and working to increase it to 6 times per week after the first month.
Focusing on total body workouts where you can work a lot of muscles all at once instead of your conventional bicep curls.
Keep your diet low in carbs and high in protein to help you get rid of the weight really fast.

yes dont eat
You can if you drastically change your diet and workout everyday. Start out by not drinking any soft drinks and just stick to water and juices. Try to do cardio at least 3 times a week for 30 min then try to work your way up to doing more. Realistically you should lose about 2 pounds a week that's a healthy weight loss. But you can lose more if you work at it. Hope this helps you out some.
If you want to lose that amount of weight you are going to have to diet for those three months, do cardio exercises 3-4 times a week and also I would consider doing yoga or Pilate's to tone your muscles
you'll be straining yourself too much.
I don't think it's realistic. Possible, maybe, but not likely. Especially since doctors recommend not losing more than a pound a week. Otherwise, your body just crashes.
