The best ab machine is the one you already own and that's your own body. Challenge your body by doing intense ab routines and you will be able to really get yourself a six pack midsection.

why would you want it? the only way you get abs is if you have a low bf%. you can do a million sit ups and if you dont have a low bf% it doesnt do crap. unless you want one to help your core but i dont think your a bodybuilder or athlete becuase you wouldnt be asking this question
dont listen to that loser SOCAL listen if you want to have great abs you need to reduce your belly fat by running and dieting i dont know which is the best machine but like i said reduce your belly fat and then work on your abs
I have the ab king pro. Its nice and sturdy and works well. It has a nice leather support and its great. It does your abs really well also
