Ok so school starts on august 22...and i need 2 loose 10-15 lbs.?

school starts in 19 days...ive been eating healthy cutting out snacks drinking only diet soda or water or sometimes lemonade and i also hav been working out at the gym daily burning up like 300 calories or so and sometimes i practice volleyball for like 20minutes..does any1 have any other suggestions for me to loose the weight?

Instead of burning only 300 calories at the gym try losing atleast 600. And try to burn more calories than you eat.
NO SODA!!!!! only water or fruit juice!!!
