Has anyone ever trained for a marathon while nursing a baby and doing Weight Watchers?

I haven't been in your situation but I am a leader and here's the advice I'd give you. Since you know you normally maintain at 22 points, I'd add 10 pts total (doesn't matter if they are the extra 10 or the activity - a point is a point), if you maintain at that stay there, if you lose add a point or two. If you gain, drop a point or two. Keep adjusting this way until you maintain.
Unfortunately it's a juggling act and you'll just have to work at it until it's right for you.
Good luck on the weight, the baby, and the marathon.
You really shouldn't be trying to diet while breastfeeding. Weight watchers isn't designed for breastfeeding mothers, it specifically states that on their website.
All I have to say is what is more important to you, the breastfeeding or training? Can you wait a few months until your baby can switch to formula to start training?
In addition to what Prettycolordrocks said, the extensive training you're doing for the marathon will dramatically decrease the amount of breastmilk you're producing. Your baby is far better off with breastmilk than formula for many reasons.
Exercising is wonderful, and you're to be commended for your diligence. However, please reconsider doing a marathon until your baby is weaned.
