what is healthy weight range for my height?...I weigh about 180-185 lbs.

Somewhere around 165 I think - it's usually 100 pounds for the first 5 feet and 5 pounds/inch after that. But you're very tall for a woman and if you're very muscular it could certainly throw off the calculation.
