Does anyone know of any exercises that aren't hard on the knees?

Question:
I used to play soccer and softball and I was also involved in power weight lifting. But about one year ago I popped my knee cap out of place and I have a very week knee and I can't do a lot of movements some exercises require.

Does anyone know of some low impact exercises that don't require a lot of bending?

Answers:
Water aerobics. Many of the gyms with pools are offering classes in this. Is great for anyone with bad knees/hips. The Resistance is with the water so no impact. Check your local phone book.
Swimming or just walking in a pool.
