How to get rid of belly fat?

I'm 45 and have have 3 children. I weigh only 119lbs. Since I had the last child something happen to my stomach and I've tried everything to get rid of it.Any sugestions?

cardio workouts, ab crunches, pilates workout.and if all else fails, liposuction and a tummy tuck.

Hon, if you are 45, and you are at a healthy weight for your height, and you work out on a regular basis, there is really no way to shrink the extra skin you are dealing with. The only real solution at that point is a tummy tuck to tighten the muscles, remove excess skin and give you the flat stomach. It is not something to be ashamed of...you have had 3 kids! As we age, our skin does NOT snap back into place as easily.it can only streach so far.
So, continue to work out, continue to eat healthy, but try to be accepting of your body. You earned that belly...three children owe their lives to it! If you are genuinely unhappy and need to make a change, seek a well recommended and properly certified plastic surgeon.
