Is going up down and up stairs 20 times a day impressive exercise for a 64 year old?


Question:
my mom is 64. she goes down the basement stairs ( one flight, then comes up.) does this maybe 3, 4times at once. then does it again like 2 hours later. does it 3 or 4 times a day. do you think thats reasonable exercise for a 64 year old woman? i suggested we take her to a buildng where she can go 5 figihts up at a time before comign back down. she said she coudlnt do that.my father and i can go up 15 flights with stopping. he's also 64. is my mom out of shape?

Hell no! Your mom is doing great.Give your mom credit.I don't even do that much exercise and I am 20. Good for her...many people before that give up on staying healthy.
depend if you got any problems with your heart coz u can fall and have heart tak if u dont have any problems then it fine
yes because some of our fat a$# don't do it that much and that my friend is the truth it helps shape your legs and good for cardio
