Gained weight when i went on a diet?

Question:
i began my diet about 2 days ago. ive been eating less carbs, more fruit, some vegetables, etc. And then as far as yesterday, i rollerbladed for an hour in the morning, and ran 2.5 miles at night. i know that in 2 days youre not supposed to loose any significant amount of weight, but i have gained! and i really dont think i gained muscle, because i exercise when i can, so its not like i overdid it. SO WHATS HAPPENING HERE?! i was really proud of my commitment, and this is what i get?

Answers:
Do not be alarmed. When you begin working out and getting exercise this happen often. You will begin to burn fat. Your body may be going through adjustments. Also, if you have introduced new foods into your diet, you can have an allergic reaction.

Watch your sugar intake and drink more water and organic decaf green tea.

keep it moving and stay consistent you will begin to see results.
We're on the same boat then... I went on a diet for 1 month, didnt loose any weight at all. Actually gained about 2kg. Excercise minimum 1 hour per day for the whole month on the threadmill. Also drink about 2 Litres per day, went to the bath room like there's no tomorow. Eat very small meals. Anyway, now its has been 2 months, I started to noticed that my usual clothes became loose but i weight the same. I thinks its best to go by your clothing size. For motivation purpose aim to fit in a particular piece of clothing that you'd like to fit into and work out until u fit into it.. forget about the scale..Good luck.
