Could I still lose weight if i ate next to nothing and did minimal excercise?

Depends what you mean by next to nothing. If you eat over 300 calories you may be giving your body enough food to survive on, in which case your weight should stay the same (if you are doing little to no exercise). This is because your body goes into starvation mode and stores any food you eat as fat to keep you alive. When you begin to eat properly again, this food will immedietly be converted to fat and you should find you put on weight quickly.
However, if you eat fewer than 300 calories this is considered a 'concentration camp' amount of food, and accompanied by regular exercise, you should find you lose weight quickly. However, because of this your body wont be getting the energy it needs to do basic bodily functions and you will find some of the weight you lose is likely to be from muscle tissue (even from the cardiac muscle - your heart). So I dont recommend it.
Probably for a while at least, but the process would slow down because your body would go into starvation metabolism. Besides that, it is not good for your. You can lose your hair, your skin will suffer, your organs will suffer...
yeah u could but then when you started eating again you'd put on weight again
If you eat nothing your body goes into "starvation mode" and saves whatever fat it has. Eat something a few times a day.
yes but you would start to feel sick after a while because youd be deprived of your nutrition.
Tried that it doesn't work so well, you would just make yourself sick. Just eat healthier, and exercise at least 30 mins a day.
you would feel very ill and then the weight would shoot back on after you stoppedd stupidly starving yourself, everyone knows that starvin yourself thin does not work and just makes you look terrible and ill, do yourself a favour and get your 5 fruit and veg a day, drink lots of water to wash out toxins and to help lose fat and fill you up, eat 3 meals a day wil plenty of healthy snacks in between such as fruit and things like healthy nuts and oats and stuff.

also your metabolism will slow down so you will store more fat and starve and wen u starve ur body retains water and fat so you could actually put on weight and retainin water means fat ankles and more fatty areas on the body...basically get at least 30 mins exercise a day and eat properly or you could get very ill or even die, if you feel you have a problem with your weight go and see your doctor before you drastically change your diet.
You would also lose muscle and eventually become an anorexic and die but, yes, you would probably lose weight.
Yes you can lose weight without exercising, but in the long run if you are not exercising you will lose muscle mass and become a worse fat burner. Muscle burns fat. The more of it you have, the better off you are.
NO WAY...look if you want to lose weight do it the healthy way! Look at it this way...your body needs FOOD to run off of, when you are only eating minimal amounts your body will STORE that food so you can BURN it off, so you need to eat at 6 SMALL meals a day, and do SOME exercise...whats 20 minutes a day??
If you really want to lose weight, try Weight Watchers or get on some kind of plan that TELLS you what you can and shouldnt eat to help u.If for some reason you do lose weight doing it that way you have listed, you will gain it back SO fast b/c its not healthy!!
You loose weight slower if you eat that low. Your body goes into starvation mode and when you eat again...youll probaly gain twice as much. Try a minimum of 800-1000 cals a day with excercise and seperate that into 6 meals to stop you craving and to help your metabolism keep up.
Always swap snacky foods for fruit slices/salads so on.
Your body will lack nutrition. It may weaken your immune system.

You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit or healthy(being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). Too much of these thing will lead to a very unhealthy you.

Balance is the key to life; eating only convenient and processed food often containing growth hormones, preservatives, additives and seasons like MSG (see http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html... why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods that causes obesity and hypertension) may lead to weight gain, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and other diseases.

Here are a few suggestions to becoming lean and fit:

Substitute your sugar drinks such as sodas and juices for water, green or ginger tea. Drink 30 minutes before or after each meal.

When eating, help the digestive process. Take your time and chew your food 3 to 4 times longer than usually take ( break it down to almost a liquid). This will aid in the digestive process. Add fiber and substitute some daily choices like (fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meats) with organic selection. The organic foods do not contain the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.

Remove or reduce wheat, dairy, sugar, and processed food (junk foods, can foods, food in boxes, restaurants foods, fast foods, etc.).

Enjoy your life, exercise when ever you get the opportunity, go for a walk, jog, swim, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you.

This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.
Probably, but starving yourself of the nutrients the body needs to survive is a little extreme and very lazy way to lose weight. What you need to do is eat more fresh organic vegetables either raw in salads or stir-fried with tofu in extra virgin olive oil or steamed to bring out their natural flavors. Instead of junk foods for snacks that cause the oils in your face to accumulate because of their extra salts and sugars you should eat some fresh organic fruits. Drink organic fruit juices when you can get them or if you have a Vita-Mix make your own. Drink 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day and walk. Walk at least two miles every day after school or work. This is what I did to lose thirty pounds and convert the rest into toned muscle. I now have more energy, more stamina, more vitality and more mental acuity than I had when I was in high school more than 40 years ago. Do this for the rest of your life. When you are well past middle age your friends will be begging you to give them the secret to your youthful looks.
While you would lose weight, it is extremely unhealthy. The body requires a certain amount of fuel to keep its basic system going. Starving yourself would eventually cause you to have kidney failure, other organ failure and could lead to death.
The best way to lose weight and stay healthy is to eat 5 small meals a day and to exercise for at least 30 min 3 times a week. Make sure you also drink plenty of water. Even if you just walked for 30 minutes you would see a difference.
Of course if you eat about 200-500 calories a day you will lose 5 lbs a week.
You can use natural herbal supplements which do not have any side effects. you can also try some exercise or some natural remedy for weight loss. There are some other options by which you can loose weight also. Also try to consult with a doctor for help.
