Answers:
You don't need to go to a gym but you do need to lift to increase your upper body strength. Can you get a bar and some weights and lift at home? You need to work your chest, biceps, shoulders and triceps. Curls for the biceps, bench work for the chest . Triceps, some bench with the hands close together and then maybe some raises while on all fours on the floor. On all fours and then bring the weight back towards your hips and down again. Shoulders stand and then try some overhead presses.
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.newlproject.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
