well for me doing crunches until my stomach was burning!! for like 2 weeks straight twice a day my stomach went away!
Crunches, push-ups, calf raises! It depends on the part of your body you are wanting to tone. If its your abs, then crunches, and side crunches are the best. And with those you try to do as many as you can, then take a break for about 3 minutes, then do them again but try to do more. Keep repeating that until you absolutely can't do anymore, and you should be good. I wish I knew which part of your body you were trying to tone up. Hope this helps!
